In this chapter it is explained that cancer happens when cells go out of control so, at that time why can't the bacteria stop growth of cells. Explain

Bacteria dont have the ability to find which cells are affected by cancer. So it cant be used against cancer cells only . It will either affect all cells or no cells. Hence it will become very dangerous at times.
