Let the teas be mixed in the ratio $x:y$
Then, the total C.P. of the tea $=$ Rs. $(60x+65y)$
The total S.P. of the mixture $=$ Rs. $(x+y)\times 68.20$
Given, $(60x+65y)\times \frac{110}{100}=68.2x+68.2y$
$\Rightarrow 660x+715y=682x+682y$
$\Rightarrow 33y-22x=0$

$\Rightarrow 2x=3y$

$\Rightarrow x:y=3:2$
