Solution

The correct option is D Daniell cell
The devices which convert electrical energy into chemical energy or vice versa is called Electrochemical cell.
There are two types of electrochemical cell,
1. Galvanic Cell
2. Electrolytic Cell

Galvanic cell is also known as Voltaic cell. It converts the chemical energy liberated during the reaction to electrical energy. The chemical reaction will be a spontaneous reaction. Thus, both oxidation and reduction reactions are spontaneous.

In Electrolytic cell, electrical energy is being used to carry out chemical reactions (chemical energy). Here, the electric current drives a non-spontaneous reaction.

Fuel cell and Daniell cell are galvanic cell so they have a spontaneous chemical reaction.
