The correct option is A Only I
The elimination reaction of a substrate with a sterically unhindered/​less bulky base​ generally gives the most stable alkene which is more substituted, i.e. normal Saytzeff product, but sterically hindered bulky base leads to a terminal or less substituted alkene, i.e. Hofmann product.
Bulky base (tBuOK+) is present in I thus it will give Hofmann product while (CH3CH2OK+) is sterically unhindered base so it will give a Saytzeff product. Hence correct option is (a).
