The correct option is C $6 : 5$
We have,
$u = \frac{5}{2} \times n_{1} \times R \times 150 = \frac{3}{2} \times n_{2} \times R \times 300$
$\Rightarrow \frac{n_{1}}{n_{2}} = \frac{900}{750} = \frac{6}{5}$
