Heart attacks happen when there is some blockage in the artery which obstructs the flow of blood into the heart.
A massive heart attack happens if the blockage obstructs the blood flow in a major artery or if blood flow is completely cut off, it can cause permanent heart damage, cardiac arrest, or death.
A mild heart attack occurs if the blockage is in one of the smaller arteries of the heart or if it stops the flow of blood to the heart partially, it can cause temporary damage to a small portion of the heart.
The symptoms of a mild heart attack are chest pain radiating to the arms and jaw, difficulty in breathing, cold sweats, nausea, light-headedness, and racing heart.
We cannot predict the severity of a heart attack based on the symptoms, therefore any sign of heart attack should not be ignored and must be treated seriously.
