The correct option is B L2 is converging

As combination of lens is converging then
1f1+1f2=+ve.....(1)
Condition for achromatism
ω1f1+ω2f2=0ω1f1=ω2f2
ω2<ω1|f2|<|f1|......(2)
From equation (1) and (2), we can conclude that f2 should be positive, that means L2 will be converging lens.
