It is generally cold after a hail-storm than during and before the hail-storm. Give reason.

Before and during the hailstorm there is plenty amount of heat present in the atmosphere. But after the hail-storm ice absorbs heat energy required for melting from the surrounding, so the temperature of surrounding fall and we feel cold.
