Suppose mass of water = m
Heat required to raise its temperature from 0o C to 100o C is 100m
Heat produced by the kettle in 15 minutes = 100m
So, feat produced by the electric kettle in one minute =100m15

And, heat produced by the electric Kettle in 81 minutes =100m×8115cal
Suppose Latent heat of steam = L cal/gm
Heat required by m grams of water to boil off into steam =mL cal
mL=100m×8115
L=540 cal/gm
