it was a raining day . Rohit was sitting besides the window when he saw a lightning . He started his stop watch . He found that after 22 seconds of lightning it's roaring sound was heard . Calculate the height of the clouds which caused this lightning. Given ,speed of light=3×108m/s and speed of sound =340m/s

It took 22 seconds for the sound waves to travel from source to the observer Rohit.

So, Time = 22 s

Speed of sound = 340 m /s

Distance = Speed × Time

= 340 × 22

= 7480 m

= 7.48 km
