The correct option is A (i)
Yellow vein mosaic is a plant disease caused by the yellow vein mosaic virus (YVMV) which is transmitted by whitefly. Yellowing of the entire network of veins in the leaf blade is the characteristic symptom. In severe infections the younger leaves turn yellow, become reduced in size and the plant is highly stunted. Since the disease cannot be controlled properly by chemical means, the only practical solution of this problem is to develop tolerant/resistant varieties.
