Find the reciprocal of the following:
$(- 5 \times \frac{12}{15}) - (- 3 \times \frac{2}{9})$

Given, $(- 5 \times \frac{12}{15}) - (- 3 \times \frac{2}{9}) = (- \frac{12}{3}) - (- \frac{2}{3})$
$= - \frac{12}{3} + \frac{2}{3} = \frac{- 12 + 2}{3} = - \frac{10}{3}$

Hence, the reciprocal of $- \frac{10}{3}$ is $- \frac{3}{10}$
