  • Jason has the measuring cup holding 1cup or 8 fluid ounce. 1cup=8fluidounce
  • Monica has a measuring cup holding 1 pint or 16 fluid ounce. 1pint=16fluidounce

Each need to fill 1 gallon of water that is equal to 128 fluid ounce.

Jason need to fill 1288=16 measuring cup.

  • Monica needs to fill 12816=8 measuring cup.

The difference in numbers of cups of Jason and Monica is 16-8=8 measuring cup.

Hence, Jason needs to fill 8 more measuring cup than Monica.
