Solution

Total investment =360000 rupees
Let Jaya's contribution be 3x
Seema's be 4x
Nikhil's be 7x and
Neelesh share be 6x
Thus, 3x+4x+7x+6x=360000
20x=360000
x=36000020
x=18,000
So, Jaya's contribution =3x=(3×18,000)
=Rs. 54,000.
And also profit P=12%
P=12100×360000
=12×3600
P=Rs. 43200
Let their profit be 3y,4y,7y,6y
Thus, 3y+4y+7y+6y=43200
20y=43200
y=4320020
y=2160
So, Nikhil's profit =7y
=7×(2160)
=Rs. 15120
Therefore, Jaya's contribution =Rs. 54,000 and
Nikhil's profit amount =Rs. 15120
