Let Jaya's contribution be $3x$, Seema's be $4x$, Nikhil's be $7x$ and Nilesh's be $6x$.
$3x+4x+7x+6x=360000$
$20x=360000$
$x=36000÷20$
$x=1800$

Jaya's contribution$=3x=3\times 1800=5400$ rupees
profit $=12\%$
$p=\frac{12}{100}\times 360000$
profit= $43200$ rupees
let their profit be $3y,4y,7y,6y$
$3y+4y+7y+6y=43200$
$20y=43200$
$y=43200÷20$
$y=2160$
Nikhil's profit = $7y=7\times 2160=15120$ rupees
