Number of shares $=$ $\frac{1200}{50} = 24$
Face value of a share $=$ Rs. $100$
Dividend $= 8 %$
Dividend per share $=$ $\frac{100 \times 8}{100} = 8$
His annual income $= 24 \times 8 =$ Rs. $192$
