The number of questions answered correctly each time was as follows:

4, 2, 6, 8, 3, 5, 5, 3, 6, 6, 7, 4, 3, 10, 5, 4, 9, 7, 6, 3, 8, 8, 4, 4, 5, 3, 6, 4, 7, 9

Construct the frequency distribution table using tally marks to find out how many quizzes he scored 8 or more?

He scored 8 in three quizzes, 9 in two quizzes and 10 in one quiz.
Thus, the number of quizzes in which he scored 8 or more than 8 is 3+2+1=6.
