The correct option is B benzene
The aromatic compound which have a double or triple bond in the side chain decolourise acidic/alkaline KMnO4. Benzene does not decolourise the acidic/alkaline KMnO4 due to the delocalisation of π-electrons.

While propene decolourised the alkaline KMnO4 due to the presence of double bond. Ferrous ammonium sulphate and oxalic acid decolourised the KMnO4 in acidic medium.

2KMnO4+10FeSO4+8H2SO4K2SO4+2MnSO4+5Fe2(SO4)3+8H2O
