So, In $\Delta AOD$

$A{O}^2+D{O}^2=A{D}^2$

$6^2+8^2=A{D}^2$

$36+64=A{D}^2$

$\Rightarrow A{D}^2=100$

$\Rightarrow AD=10$

Side of rhombus = $10cm$

Perimeter=$4\times side$

$=4\times 10$

$=40cm$
