(P) Iodoform test: A positive iodoform test is given by the compounds having methyl ketone group in their structure and secondary alcohols that contain methyl groups in α position.

(Q) Aqueous AgNO3 (Silver nitrate test): This test used to detect the halide ion presence. Chlorine attached directly with phenyl ring does not ionise whereas chlorine at benzylic postion precipitated out as AgCl.
