There are majorly five different types of plants:
1. Trees: Trees grow very tall, greater than 20 feet. They have many branches and leaves. They also have thick wooden trunks covered with bark. Examples: Tamarind, mango
2. Shrubs: Shrubs grow between 3-20 feet tall. They have woody and brown stem. Generally they have more branches and leaves than herbs. Example: Hibiscus
2. Herbs: Herbs usually are not taller than 3 feet. They have thin green stems. Examples: Tomato, Cherry
3. Climbers and creepers: These are slender green plants with leaves and have thin weak stems that can not support the weight of the plant. They also take the support of either the ground (creeper) or some external structure to climb (climber).
