Let the quantity of Sand = 4x kgthen the quantity of cement = 3x kgquantity of gravel = 4x kgQuantity of Colouring = x kg1.Total quantity of concrete = 60 kg4x+3x+4x+x = 6012x = 60x = 5Quantity of sand = 4×5 = 20 kgQuantity of cement = 3×5 = 15 kgQuantity of gravel = 4×5 = 20 kgQuantity of colouring = x = 5 kg2.Now, the quantity of cement = 12 kg3x = 12x = 4Now, total concrete manufactured = 12x kg = 12×4 = 48 kg
