Question

Look at the image below. Please tell me why angle ADC won't be equal to angle AOC ÷ 2. As the angle subtended by an arc at the centre is double the angle subtended by it at any point on the remaining part of the circle here arc ABC is subtending 100° (angle AOC)angle at centre and an angle ADC at a part of circle. Am I correct?
