For example, some parts of the body like the hands and feet grow faster than arms and legs. Also, due to increased activity of hormones, pimples start to appear that may remain throughout the teenage years.
All these changes at puberty make adolescents feel awkward and clumsy. However, eventually, all these changes disappear and soon the body regains its normal proportions.
