(A) Melting points increases gradually because of the increase in atomic weights.

(B) Monochlorides of 13th group elements are unstable. But for lower size elements like B, Al they are stable and for higher size, it is unstable. So the stability of monochlorides decreases down the group.

(C) Generally, the boiling point has to be increased because of the increase in atomic weights from oxygen to Tellurium. But Hydrogen bonds present in water which makes it boiling point high and others follow the same trend.

(D) In the case of Fluorine, Hydrogen bonding exists which shows high bond energy and for Chlorine and Bromine, bond energy increases but in the case of Iodine, it does not exist mostly as hydro acid. Because of its instability to form hydro acids, it is formed forcibly by using KOH. Then also it has less bond energy.
