Solution

The correct option is A (a)(ii),(b)(i),(c)(iii),(d)(iv)
Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is a membrane bound network extending from the nuclear membrane to the plasma membrane.

When ribosomes are found attached to the surface of the ER, it is called a rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) and if there are no ribosomes attached to it, it is called smooth endoplasmic reticulum (SER).

RER is involved in the synthesis of proteins. SER is involved in the synthesis of lipids.

Glycosylation occurs in the Golgi complex. It is a reaction which involves the modification of proteins and lipids.

Centrioles are organelles that lie near the nucleus in the cytoplasm of animal cells. They help in cell division by organizing the spindle fibres.
