α-D-Glucose and β-D-Glucose are anomers. They differ in the configuration at C-1 carbon atoms(anomeric carbon).

(+) Glucose and (-) Glucose are enantiomers. They are non superimposable mirror images of each other.

D and L notation gives configurational information. In the fischer projection formula of carbohydrates, when the hydroxide ion is on the right, the isomer is D. Otherwise, it is L.

Mutarotation is the change in the optical rotation because of the change in the equilibrium between two anomers.

Option C is correct.
