The first rectangular prism is


Volume = Base area × Height

Base area = 16 sq ft

Height = 5 ft

Volume = 16 ×5 = 80 cu ft

Hence, volume of the first tank 80 cu. ft



The second rectangular prism is
Volume = Base area × Height

Base area = 9 sq ft

Height = 4 ft

Volume = 9 ×4 = 36 cu ft

Hence, volume of the second tank 36 cu. ft



The next rectangular prism is


Volume = Base area × Height

Base area = 4 sq ft

Height = 6 ft

Volume = 4 ×6 = 24 cu ft

Hence, volume of the third tank 24 cu. ft
