Sour milk is cultured with lactic acid bacteria (for eg. Lactobacillus) that use lactose to produce mainly lactic acid. Thus sour milk has lactic acid in it.
Citrus fruits (for eg. lemon) have citric acid in them which makes them taste sour and along with that it also has Vitamin C and ascorbic acid.
Ant sting has formic acid (methanoic acid) due to which we have burning and itching sensation.
