= $\frac{2}{5}hr=\frac{2\times 3}{5\times 3}=\frac{6}{15}$

Clearly,$\frac{7}{15}>\frac{6}{15}$

$\therefore$ Vaibhav worked longer.

Time for which Vaibhav has worked more
= $\frac{7}{15}-\frac{2}{5}=\frac{7-6}{15}=\frac{1}{15}$ hrs longer.
