  2. Calcium also helps in the proper functioning of muscles.
  3. Iron is also an essential mineral that helps in the formation of blood.

Vitamins:

  1. All the vitamins are essential for the body as vitamin-A is essential for maintaining eyesight.
  2. Vitamin B1 is essential for growth.
  3. Vitamin C keeps the teeth gums and joints healthy and all the other vitamins are essential for proper maintenance of the body.
