We have,

MnO4+FeCl2Mn2++Fe3+

so, gram equivalent of oxidising agent = gram equivalent of reducing agent
n-factor× moles of MnO4 = n-factor × moles of FeCl2

5×x=1×1

so, x= 0.2 mol
so, moles of MnO4 required = 0.2 moles.
