We have,
MnO4+FeC2O4Mn2++Fe3++CO2

so, gram equivalent of oxidising agent = gram equivalent of reducing agent
n-factor× moles of MnO4 = n-factor × moles of FeC2O4

In case of ferric sulphate, no oxidation takes place because iron is present in its highest oxidation state (+3),

so, the moles of MnO4 required = 0
