We know, velocity=displacementtime

From the figure, it is seen that:
In the time interval 01 seconds, the motorcyclist covers 13.5 m and velocity =13.51=13.5 ms1

In the time interval 12 seconds, the motorcyclist covers 2413.5=10.5 m and
velocity =10.51=10.5 ms1

In the time interval 23 seconds, the motorcyclist covers 31.524=7.5 m and velocity =7.51=7.5 ms1

The displacement of the motorcyclist is unequal in equal intervals of time, therefore it is undergoing a non-uniform motion. Since the velocities are reducing, the body is decelerating. Therefore the slope of the displacement-time graph keeps reducing.
