Mr. Abhishek Gupta called a meeting of all four departmental managers. He asked all of them to express their views on expansion of the company. Two of them said that a factory should be set up to make Sports Bags. The other two said that a factory for making sports material like Bats, balls, Rackets, etc. should be set up. There was a discussion on all the two options in the meeting and ultimately, the option for making Sports Material was thought to be right. Mr. Abhishek Gupta further decides that 10% of jobs will be reserved for women in every department of new factory.
