Cost $4$ trousers $=4\times 290=$ Rs.$1160$
Total amount $=180+660+1160$

$=30$% of total amount
$=\frac{30}{100}\times 2,000=$ Rs.$600$
Amount paid by Mr.Kamnath
$=2,000-600=$Rs.$1,400$
