Solution

The correct option is C ₹10,00,000

Mr. Kumar has left ₹50,00,000.
His wife has got 50% of his property.

So, his wife will receive
= 50% of ₹50,00,000
=
50100× ₹50,00,000
= ₹25,00,000.

Now the remaining amount will be
= ₹50,00,000 - ₹25,00,000
= ₹25,00,000.

His daughter receives 60% of this amount.

So, his daughter will receive
= 60% of ₹25,00,000
=
60100× ₹25,00,000
= ₹15,00,000.

The remaining amount has been received by his son.

So, his son will receive
= ₹25,00,000 - ₹15,00,000
= ₹10,00,000
