Solution

Dear Student,

a. Lok Adalats means People's Court , which have been created to ensure speedy justice and quick disposal of cases.
b. It is based on the premise of mutual settlement and compromise by both the parties who do not want to go to the regular courts and entangled in the hierarchy, hence no case of appeal arises here.

c. In the above mentioned case, Lok Adalat has rather exhibited the values of speedy trial, justice and fair play.
d. It has also upheld the values of compromise, adjustment and negotiation.
e. Lok Adalat here has delivered justice to the victim and henceforth stands for equality and truth.
