a=2 and b=3.

Open in App
Solution

23a2b×5a3b2=(23×5)×(a2×a3×b×b2)

=8×5×a(2+3)×b(1+2)

=40a5b3

When a=2 and b=3, we get:
L.H.S =23a2b×5a3b2=(23×22×3)×(5×23×32)

=8×4×3×5×8×9

=34560

R.H.S. =40a5b3=40×25×33=34560

Hence, the result is verified.
