The correct option is B 2030 hours
Time of boarding the flight = 1400 hours
Time by which flight is delayed = Three and a half hours

∴ Time at which the flight leaves the airport =
1400 + 330 = 1730 hours

Time the flight takes to reach Houston from Newark = 3 hours

∴ Time at which the flight reaches Houston = 1730 + 3 hours
= 2030 hours
