Distance being constant, speed is inversely proportional to time, So if the time is 2 hours, speed is 75 kmph, if the time is 3 hours ( since he reached 1 hour late). Let the speed be $x$ kmph

So we have $\frac{75}{x}$ = $\frac{3}{2}$

$x$ = $\frac{75\times 2}{3}$

= 50 kmph
