NaCl + H2O= HCl + NaOH
Can we use this reaction to prepare Con. HCl ?
By liquid do you mean molten? You cannot have molten HCl at room temperature since it is a gas, you need to cool it down to just above its melting point of -114°C
You have to heat sodium hydroxide to 318°C to melt it.
So you will be mixing two materials at widely separated temperatures. So the HCl will be heated rapidly by the molten NaOH and instantly boil into a expanding gas cloud, you need to be a long way away when that happens. The high temperature of the molten NaOH would even boil concentrated hydrochloric acid ( HCl 38% in water boiling point 48°C) .
In summary it is unlikely that you could persuade either form of HCl to react with liquid NaOH.
