Five different deficiency symptoms are:-

1. Chlorosis- chlorosis is the term which refers to the loss of chlorophyll causing yellowing of leaves. Caused due to N, K, Mg etc

2. Necrosis- the death of tissue particularly leaf is called necrosis. Caused due to Ca, Mg etc.

3. Whiptail- degeneration of lamina but not of petiole and midrib Causes due to Molybdenum

4.little leaf disease- small sized leaves. Caused due to Zn.

5. Dieback - it is the killing of the shoot apex i.e stem tip and young leaves. Caused due to Cu and K.
