Solution
Mendeleev periodic table:
In Mendeleev, periodic table elements were arranged based on increasing atomic mass.
During Mendeleev, only 63 elements were known so after studying the properties of elements he arranged them into vertical columns called groups, and horizontal rows are called periods.
During the arrangement, there were seven periods and eight groups in Mendeleev's periodic table.
Prediction of elements:
When Mendeleev proposed his periodic table he left gaps for some elements that were not discovered at that time by studying the properties of other elements and he left gaps for them
The three elements predicted by Mendeleev from the gaps in his periodic table were known as eka-boron, eka-aluminum, and eka-silicon.
