Name the factors that affect the formation of a solution

  • Solution is a special type of homogeneous mixture composed of two or more substances. In such a mixture, a solute is a substance dissolved in another substance, known as a solvent.
  • Solute & the solvent ratio means amount of solute should be in less quantity and solvent should be more in quantity to dissolve the solute.
  • Particle size of the solute matters ,means smaller the size of particles of the solute it dissolves faster.
  • Temperature of the solvent is extremely important ,If the temperature is more, the solute dissolves faster because of the rapid movement of molecules.
