Co-valent compound: A covalent compound is the one that has covalent bond in it which means the atoms in the compound are bonded by sharing of electron.

Polar bond : When the electronegativity difference between two atoms forming bond is more it creates a polarity between them, hence the bond is called a polar bond.

Answer:

H-Cl , the bond between Hydrogen and Chlorine is polar as Chlorine is more electronegative than Hydrogen. The bond is formed by sharing of electron. Hence, it is a polar covalent compound.
