Curdling of milk:

  1. Curdling is the process of conversion of milk to curd.
  2. Lactobacillus bacteria is introduced in the milk which produces lactic acid.
  3. Due to the production of lactic acid the milk turns acidic and produces curd and the acid offers sour taste to the curd.
