Hypertonic solution :

A solution that has a higher solute concentration outside the cell than the inside of the cell.

Flaccidity :

When a cell is placed in a hypertonic solution, the cell shrinks because it loses water due to exosmosis, the shrinkage of a cell is called plasmolysis and the condition of a cell in this state is known as flaccidity.
