A flower is the reproductive organ of the plant. The stamen/ androecium is the male reproductive part. Anther in the stamen produces the pollen grains. Pistil/ gynoecium is the female reproductive part. Pollen grains when reached the stigma, forms the pollen tube to move through style and reaches the ovule for the double fertilization. The fertilized ovule thus becomes a seed.
