The correct option is B
50 and 150

Let, the two parts be 1 and 3.
Therefore the sum of the parts = 1+ 3 = 4.
So, area of the first part will be equal to (1/4)^th of the total are and the second part will be equal to (3/4)^th of the total area.
Therefore, area of the first part = (1/4) × 200 = 50 sq-m
Area of the second part = (3/4) × 200 = 3 × 50 = 150 sq-m
